Broker Trainee / Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:	Providing excellent customer service in a professional manner for Chinese and English speaking customers. Taking orders, providing quotes and other market data to clients. Researching and solving client inquiries of all levels. Performing customer service on all aspects of account maintenance. Assisting in the administration of operation duties. Various other projects/duties as assigned.
Qualifications:	Individuals must have excellent communication skills and be able to contribute to departmental goals of providing high levels of customer satisfaction. Good knowledge of the internet and computer applications. Experience in a customer service center is a plus. BA/BS in finance or a related field is preferable. Series 7 or Series 63 license required.
